Information policy

This policy is to ensure that Archbishop Runcie First School complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) and Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), associated guidance and Codes of Practice issued under the legislation.

Privacy notices are the information we provide to people about how and why we process their personal data.
 
ARFS publishes the following privacy notices on this website:
  • pupils and parents/carers
  • governors
  • staff/ job applicants
Additional privacy notices may be provided from time to time when data subjects need specific information about how personal data will be processed e.g. specific school trips, projects.

Looked After Children
 
A child who is looked after is one that is used to describe a child in local authority care or in social accommodation for more than 24 hours. The designated teacher for Looked After Children is Jonathan Booth. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
